Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one‑on‑one grooming services in a safe, cage‑free environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build trusted relationships with pet parents.
• Perform professional grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, sanitary trims, and de‑shedding treatments.
• Complete the Bark & Mane Well‑Being WrapUp by sharing wellness observations and grooming recommendations with customers.
• Educate pet parents on coat maintenance, pet well‑being, and the benefits of recurring grooming schedules.
• Work independently while enjoying the support of our in‑house concierge and fleet teams who manage scheduling, customer communication, and vehicle maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional mobile salon environment.
• Focus on safety, quality, and compassionate care with every appointment.

Requirements

• Professional pet grooming experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to groom a variety of breeds safely and efficiently.
• Strong pet handling skills and knowledge of animal behavior.
• Strong customer service skills. Sales experience is a plus.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Open to continuous learning and feedback as a collaborative team member.
• Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and quality workmanship.
• No degree required—we value grooming skill, experience, and passion for pets.
