The role emphasizes mentoring, standards development, and reusable component design in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has extensive PEGA platform experience, strong communication skills, and a proven record of guiding projects through SDLC, agile sprints, and deployment to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• 4+ years of PEGA Smart BPM experience.
• 4+ years in Case Development.
• 4+ years as PEGA Business Architect.
• 4+ years in SDLC requirements documentation.
• 4+ years in Agile software development.
• 4+ years in test execution leadership.
• 4+ years in enterprise deployment and config.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Lead Business Architect and ITO PEGA teams.
• Translate business requirements to applications with stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile sprints and sprint planning.
• Define solution acceptance criteria and assist testing.
• Publish release notes and document product materials.
• Mentor software development team members.
• Support customer success teams.
• Capture functional requirements and translate into user stories.
