Qualifications

• Min 6 years in all phases of OO software development.
• PEGA Senior Systems Architect Certification.
• Experience with WebSphere/WebLogic, J2EE, .NET, Oracle/DB2/MS SQL.
• 6+ years as a PEGA Architect integrating with customer tools.
• 6+ years PEGA Administration and Security experience.
• 4+ years developing PEGA rules and procedures.
• 5+ years of application design/case design experience.
• 5+ years of Data Modeling experience.
• 5+ years of Automating Business Rules/Policies.
• 5+ years of support for large-scale business.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical study.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates existing systems and user needs to analyze, design, and implement information system changes.
• Attains understanding of requirements and concepts like rule resolution and class structure design.
• Collaborates to develop technical solutions for business/system requirements.
• Develops/modifies programs, tests, documents, and participates in system testing.
• Writes system requirements from business requirements.
• Implements functionality from high-quality UX to complex case management.
