Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Pega Project Manager in the United States to lead complex Healthcare programs from strategy through delivery. You will partner with clients, executive stakeholders, product owners, IT teams, and Agile delivery squads to drive program value and outcomes.

This role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, governance, risk management, and executive reporting, with flexibility for a remote work arrangement within the US and a focus on work-life balance and performance incentives.

Salary And Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until September 28, 2026.

The annual salary for this position is between $129,500 - $152,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to plan terms.
