Job summary

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Pega Developer for a hybrid role with a Global Financial Institution, with locations including Plano, TX; Pennington, NJ; or Charlotte, NC. The contract spans 12 months with a minimum 3‑day weekly hybrid schedule.

You will design, develop, and support complex Pega CLM solutions and mentor junior developers while leading modernization efforts. The role requires 10 years of software development, 5 years Pega experience, CSSA, and deep knowledge of Pega CLM, Java,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10 years of software development experience.
  • 5 years of hands‑on Pega development experience.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise‑scale Pega applications.
  • Experience with Java, REST APIs, SQL, XML, and Enterprise Application Integration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop integrations with enterprise systems, databases, and external services.

Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Pega Developer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Plano, TX, Pennington, NJ, or Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month contract opportunity with a hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week.

In this role, you will design, develop, and support complex Pega CLM solutions, leading the implementation of modernization activities. You will be responsible for developing integrations, optimizing application performance, and implementing Pega best practices while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with various business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong expertise in Pega CLM, Case Management, Flows, and Integrations
  • Experience with Java, REST APIs, SQL, XML, and Enterprise Application Integration
  • Experience troubleshooting and optimizing large‑scale Pega applications
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities
  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
  • Experience collaborating with Business Analysts, QA, Platform Engineering, and Architecture teams
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
  • Pega / PegaRules Process Commander PRPC
  • PostgreSQL
Desired skills
  • Master’s degree preferred but not required
  • Financial Services / AML / KYC domain experience
  • Experience with Pega Constellation, Blueprint, and GenAI capabilities
  • Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) preferred

Pay range: $78.03 – $86.03 per hour
