Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a senior Pega engineer to design, develop, test, and roll out new features with a focus on the Smart Investigate module for the Payment Investigation initiative. You will contribute to shaping the strategic vision for Pega-based solutions within a high-performance engineering culture, translating business value into actionable software.

You should have deep experience with Pega in the banking domain, strong OO programming skills, and comfort working across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience with Pega frameworks in the banking domain.
• Hands-on prior experience with Pega's Smart Investigate module.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.

As a senior Pega engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and rollout of new features with a particular focus on Pega's Smart Investigate module. We expect a successful candidate to have excellent communication skills, deliver high quality software, and to be passionate about cutting edge engineering systems. You must have a proficient understanding of software development concepts. A good understanding of the Cloud and Container concepts is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess Pega certifications such as CSSA or CLSA.
• Experience in financial services specifically corporate cash management desirable.
• Strong communication skills, drive, and ownership.
• Experience with AWS.
