Job summary

Prudential Financial in Seattle seeks a hands-on IT professional with strong Pega PRPC and Java expertise to join a large-scale enterprise team.

The role requires years of experience across analysis, design, development, and deployment of Java-centric systems, plus Pega CSSA/CLSA certification and proficiency with Oracle or MS SQL databases. This is a full-time position for candidates eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands‑on application development experience in Pega PRPC v6.x or v7.x and Pega banking/insurance frameworks.
• At least 5 years of experience in analysis, design, development, and deployment of large‑scale Java‑centric enterprise application systems.
• Should be certified CSSA/CLSA in Pega PRPC v7.x or v6.x.
• At least 2 years of experience in PL/SQL and shell (Unix/Linux) scripting.
• At least 2 years of experience with Oracle or Microsoft SQL databases.
• At least 2 years of experience in either J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), web development (JSP/JavaScript/CSS), .NET, or any object‑oriented programming language.
• High analytical skills, initiative, flexibility, customer orientation, and quality awareness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
