We are seeking a structured and analytical Pega CoE Support Developer with 2+ years of hands‑on experience to join our centralized Pega Center of Excellence (CoE). Along with building Pega applications, you will play a critical role in supporting, governing, and optimizing our organization's enterprise‑wide Pega ecosystem.
In this role, you will assist multiple delivery teams, help manage the shared Enterprise Class Structure (ECS), troubleshoot complex system defects, and ensure all projects adhere to corporate guardrails. This position offers a unique, high‑visibility opportunity to see how Pega operates at a massive enterprise scale and accelerate your path toward senior architecture roles.
The national base pay range at the end is a good‑faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.
