Job summary

KellyMitchell is seeking a Systems Architect/Senior Software Engineer with strong Pega Infinity and Kubernetes expertise to support enterprise application development, deployment, and modernization initiatives. This role will focus on designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable Pega solutions in cloud-native environments while supporting DevOps and CI/CD best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 6+ years of Pega Infinity 8.x+ experience.
• Strong Kubernetes and containerization experience.
• Experience with Helm, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Pega Cloud).
• CI/CD and DevOps experience.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise Pega applications
• Build and maintain Pega deployment processes within Kubernetes environments
• Manage Docker images, Helm charts, upgrades, rollbacks, and production deployments
• Configure and support integrations with Kafka, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, and other enterprise platforms
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, and reliability standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
