Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience.
  • Hands on experience with Pega in business architecture or process design contexts.
  • Expertise in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), workflow analysis, and process optimization.
  • Strong background in requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and requirements management tools.
  • Ability to translate complex processes into clear and actionable insights.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and driving consensus.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly desired.
  • Must have active Top Secret clearance.
  • Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Arlington, VA.

  • Support change management activities and assist teams through process transitions.

The work:

Here’s what you need:
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Hands on experience with Pega in business architecture or process design contexts

Bonus points if you have:
  • Pega certification (Business Architect, System Architect, or related)
  • Experience with process automation tools
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks
  • Experience delivering end to end process transformations

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
