Main Function

They will be integral to the development of a new client management platform for the Client Lifecycle program which will automate a significant number of processes and allow Barclays to become the Go-To bank for client management.

The role will part of a development team tasked with creating the new platform.

This individual will be responsible for designing, architecting, assisting development and developing BPM applications using Pega PRPC.

The applications are high-profile and in early stages.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design and develop BPM applications
• Fully understand business needs and requirements
• Lead the effort in gathering and understanding requirements and use cases
• Perform solution architecture and design within Pega PRPC
• Drive creation and integration of web services/databases/legacy systems
• Design class structure, data models and application frameworks
• Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and Corporate standards, including reviewing alert logs
• Enforce best practices in Pega architecture / design / coding and monitor guardrails
• Interface with business team to assist in conducting business analysis and requirements gathering
