Job summary

Sonsoft, Inc. is seeking a Pega PRPC developer with 1+ year hands-on experience in PRPC v5.x/v6.x and banking/insurance frameworks. The role requires at least 2 years in the SDLC, a CSA Pega PRPC v6.x and v7.x certification, and skills in PL/SQL and Unix/Linux scripting.

You will translate requirements into system specifications and contribute to J2EE/web development efforts. The candidate should be able to work in a team, interface with clients, and demonstrate strong analytical abilities. U.S.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on application development in Pega PRPC v5.x/v6.x and Pega banking/insurance frameworks.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Certified CSA Pega PRPC v6.x and V7.x.
• PL/SQL and Unix/Linux scripting experience.
• Experience translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
• Experience with J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), web development (JSP/JavaScript/CSS), .Net or other OO languages.
• Ability to work in a team environment and interact with clients.
• Strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
