Tutors work 1–10 hours weekly in one-on-one or small-group settings, reporting to the Manager, Learning Commons. You will assist students, coordinate with instructors, document progress for grants, and help promote ARC in classes and to the college community.

Qualifications

• Must be an active student enrolled in at least 6 credits.
• Students are not permitted to work in Federal Work‑Study positions during scheduled class times.
• Faculty recommendation and earned "B" or above in tutor's chosen subject area.
• Strong organizational and written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with Canvas, Starfish, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Assisting students in ARC in a given subject area 1–10 hours per week in one‑on‑one and small‑group settings.

• Document student progress and session data for grant purposes and market ARC in classes and to the college community.
• Additional duties as assigned.
