Qualifications

• Students must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA and have a 3.5 GPA in the course they are reviewing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to mentor peers effectively.
• Preferred background in basic sciences supports tutoring in Pathology & Techniques.

Responsibilities

• Attend PASS program professional development sessions each trimester.
• Join meetings with the PASS Coordinator and Academic Advisors as scheduled.
• Contract hours per trimester are based on schedule and availability with adjustments discussed in advance.
• Arrive prepared for study sessions and coordinate with faculty to align content with class material.
• Submit accurate timesheets and maintain confidentiality of student information under FERPA.
• Collaborate with course faculty to ensure study sessions reflect course emphasis and expectations.
• Maintain attendance records and log session content with accuracy for monthly review.
