Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) seeks a Wisconsin Certified Peer Specialist for the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) program in Milwaukee & Sheboygan Counties. The role offers hybrid remote flexibility, a part-time as-needed schedule, and weekly supervision to support families navigating recovery.

• Wisconsin Certified Peer Specialist status required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Experience with family systems, trauma, mental health, and/or substance use disorders preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide peer support services to individuals and families engaged in recovery.
• Partner with families using the evidence-based FCT model and collaborate with treatment teams.
• Collaborate with community partners and support systems to coordinate care.
• Maintain timely and accurate electronic documentation.
• Participate in weekly supervision, team meetings, and peer reviews; provide flexible support including some evenings and on-call rotation.

As part of our evidence-based Family Centered Treatment (FCT) team, you'll provide peer support services to families navigating recovery while receiving weekly individual and team supervision, ongoing training, and professional development.

What You'll Do

• Provide peer support services to individuals and families engaged in substance use recovery.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to meet LSS driving and insurance requirements
• Successful completion of background check

Preferred:

• Experience working with family systems, trauma, mental health, and/or substance use disorders
