Job summary

Paradise Valley Hospital in National City, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Peer Support Specialist. You will draw on lived experience to support CSU clients, bridging gaps between needs and available programs, and help with documentation and program productivity.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and current BCLS certification. Bilingual Spanish is preferred to serve our diverse community.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.00 to $26.22. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
