Job summary

Community Bridges Inc. is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to provide one-on-one support within PCMH/OTP Community-Based Services, helping clients normalize and reintegrate into the community.

You'll apply assertive engagement and harm-reduction approaches to promote recovery, while collaborating with clinical staff to support treatment plans and safe inclusion in daily life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum six months recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders.
• Minimum six months experience in the behavioral health and/or substance abuse field.
• Current Arizona driver's license in good standing.
• Clear 39-month motor vehicle record.
• Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) or ability to obtain CPSS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Addiction and substance use disorder certification preferred.
