TSINY, a non-profit mental health services agency seeks Full-time Peer Respite Supervisor for one of its Residential Programs, located in Queen Village (Queens County), NY.
Annual Salary: $55,000 annually; $30.21/Hr. Full-Time
Worked as a Peer for 1+ year required
Reports to the Program Director of the Crisis Respite Center (CRC) and will provide services directly to the CRC guests. Completes the Intentional Peer Support (IPS), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Peer Health Navigation (PHN) trainings. Practice the principles of recovery-oriented and trauma informed service delivery.
Experience as a recipient of mental health services and a willingness to share personal practice experience, knowledge and first‑hand insight that benefit program enrollers. Preference will be given to graduates of a core peer training program.
