Qualifications

• Peer Recovery Specialist certification or similar credential.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to safely operate an agency van.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependability, punctuality, professionalism, and compassion.
• Experience with substance use or behavioral health challenges is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients safely to and from the agency for scheduled recovery services.
• Lead one nonclinical therapeutic or recovery-focused group.
• Complete group documentation as required by policy.
• Collaborate with clinical staff for client needs.
