Chestnut Health Systems seeks a Peer Recovery Specialist to support individuals in recovery using lived experience. You will engage individuals pre-, during, and post-treatment, provide family support and education, and help connect individuals to recovery communities and resources. This position promotes hope, empowerment, and wellness while utilizing Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) principles. This role will be working with adolescents in a school based setting and is a grant funded position.
