Centerstone is seeking a Peer Support Coordinator to lead the development, implementation and facilitation of peer support programs for substance use and mental health services within Centerstone’s clinical teams.
The coordinator will supervise certified peers, provide guidance, identify community resources and promote evidence-based practices, delivering ethical and person-centered support across multiple settings.

Responsible for the development, implementation and facilitation of peer support programs throughout Centerstone specific to substance use and mental health disorders. Provide supervision to certified peers and individuals working toward certification. The coordinator will provide guidance and support to the peer worker to promote competent and ethical delivery of services and supports through development of the workers application of professional peer work knowledge, skills and values. The coordinator will work directly with peers to help in identifying community resources, strategies to manage caseloads, and client advocacy while integrated into a larger clinical team framework.
Education Level
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in social services preferred. Equivalent experience considered in place of education requirement.
Years of Experience
Three to five years’ experience working as a certified peer in a behavioral health environment with addictions/substance use disorder. Experience working in a peer role within a treatment setting is required. Experience supervising is preferred. Experience in evidence‑based and best practices interventions is preferred.
Certification / Licensure
Certified as a Peer Support Specialist required.

Pay Range: $20.05 – $28.10
