Clemson University is seeking a program coordinator to oversee undergraduate course support for the Peer-Assisted Learning (PAL) program. You will coordinate operations, scheduling, data collection, and communications with instructors and campus partners.
You will lead graduate and undergraduate staff, guiding recruitment, onboarding and performance evaluation. You may engage in for-credit training and cross-departmental initiatives.
Provide coordination for the development, implementation, and ongoing operations of undergraduate course support programs focused on student learning, persistence and degree completion. Provide leadership and supervision for graduate and undergraduate student employees. Perform other duties as assigned.

A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
Preferred Requirements: A master's degree in Education, Learning Services, Psychology, or STEM field.
3+ years of experience working in student academic support programs.
Firm working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to use in varied situations.
Supervises Student workers only.
No fiscal responsibility for the department's budget.

Expected Salary Range $52,100.00 - $58,926.00 Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
Normal Operations - Required to follow emergency facility closure and modified operations directives, and not normally expected to work on-site during emergency situations.
