Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and a valid RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Trach and Vent experience is a plus, training provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health care for medically complex clients.
• Care for pediatric patients requiring tracheostomy and ventilation in the home.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to implement plans of care.
