Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is hiring registered nurses to provide one-on-one pediatric home care across Missouri. You’ll work with children and young adults with trachs, ventilators, and G-tubes, delivering skilled nursing care in homes and schools.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with flexible scheduling, day/night/evening shifts, and a compassionate team dedicated to supporting families and keeping kids at home and thriving.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license required.
• Pediatrics experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide at-home nursing care and adapt to family needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor patient condition and communicate changes to care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.
