Ivy Rehab in Andover, MN is seeking a Patient Coordinator to support front-desk operations, greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, collect payments and keep the clinic running smoothly.

This 40-hour/week role offers $19-21 per hour and opportunities for growth in a collaborative, patient‑focused environment across physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivation with a drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients and schedule appointments.
• Answer and triage incoming calls and verify insurance coverage.
• Obtain authorizations and collect payments as needed.
• Process new patients and maintain clinic operations and performance.
