Job summary

Indiana University Health Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Pediatrics team at Riley Hospital, IU North Hospital and IU West Hospital. This is a full-time, day-shift role with 70% outpatient and 30% inpatient duties.

The position requires NP/PA certification and pediatric/orthopedic experience. No call or weekend requirements, with opportunities to assist in the operating room and collaborate with a team of physicians

Qualifications

• NP/PA certification is required.
• Experience in pediatrics, orthopedics, ED, urgent care or surgery is required.
• New grads must have orthopedic surgery rotation as part of schooling.
• Motivated, self-guided learner and flexible; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric orthopedic patients in the clinic setting and walk-in clinic.
• Possibility to assist in operating room.
