Compass Group USA’s Morrison Healthcare division seeks a Pediatric GI Outpatient Registered Dietitian for an outpatient setting in San Antonio, TX. This full-time role provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and education to pediatric patients with gastrointestinal conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

You will support ongoing education, career growth, and opportunities to advance certifications while delivering patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: assess and develop individualized nutrition care plans for pediatric GI outpatients.
• Education: provide nutrition guidance to patients, families, and staff for sustainable wellness.
• Evidence-Based Practice: apply current research with facility protocols to ensure high-quality care.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: contribute to QAPI initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: partner with the care team to meet patient satisfaction goals.
