Job summary

Qualifications

• Academic Health Care experience preferred; pediatric/acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, age-specific nursing care and documentation
• Administer prescribed medications with attention to interactions and incompatibilities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and physician orders
• Support patient/family education and safety throughout shifts
• Demonstrate professional practice consistent with ANA code of ethics and VA policies
