Qualifications

• Ability to pass government background check/security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with diverse healthcare professionals.
• Perform physical exams and health histories.
• Provide health promotion, counseling and education to patients.
• Administer medications and wound care.
• Direct and supervise care provided by other nurses and staff.
• Make referrals and arrange specialty care as appropriate.
• Maintain adherence to policies and standards of care.
