Job summary

Allegro Pediatrics in Washington state is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinic team. The RN works under the direction of providers and managers to deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in-person and by phone, following established protocols.

The role requires teamwork, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced pediatric setting. Responsibilities include administering meds and vaccines, phlebotomy, triage, and coordinating with providers

Qualifications

• Current WA State Registered Nurse License.
• Current AHA CPR certificate. Will accept PALS, PEARS, or ACLS in lieu.
• Pre-Employment Requirements: Background check; Drug testing per WA state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within scope of practice, including CPR and lab procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines; perform phlebotomy and other lab processes.
• Independently triage patients in person, on the phone, or via patient portal.
• Communicate with providers and health team to coordinate care.
• Manage nurse room appointments and assist with Medical Assistant duties as needed.
