Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments in Baltimore, MD. The RN will apply the nursing process to deliver patient care, exercise clinical judgment, and coordinate care with supervision in healthcare facilities.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, BLS, and ideally maternal-child health experience within the last three years. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Current licensed RN in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year of maternal child health acute clinical experience or Pediatric RN experience within the last three years preferred.
• Current BLS card.
• Current PALS (if applicable)
• Current Health Certificate (if applicable)
• Current PPD or Chest X-ray.

The Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision. The Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) demonstrates critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care. Consistently performs according to nursing standards, the Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.
