Accolades Physician Resources LLC seeks a pediatrics physician for an established Mississippi clinic. You will treat patients from newborns to age 21, with in-house X-rays, vaccines, and a comprehensive lab, rounding at the hospital and sharing calls with three physicians.

The role offers a 4.5-day workweek starting at 9am, strong work-life balance, and a salary range of 200k–250k plus production bonus and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in pediatrics required.
• 2027 residents welcome.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Mississippi medical license.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients from newborns to age 21.
• Rounding at hospital; call shared with 3 physicians.
• ADHD, asthma and lifestyle management; advise parents on diet/exercise.
• 4.5 day work week with 9am start.
• In-house ancillary services including digital X-rays, full immunizations and labs.
