Job summary

Carle Health in Olney, Illinois seeks an additional full-time BE/BC Pediatrician to join our established Pediatrics department. This role includes a 1:5 call schedule and care for 15–18 pediatric patients daily in a well-supported hospital setting.

Qualifications

• BE/BC Pediatrician is required.
• Experience in a pediatric department or hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for pediatric patients with appropriate autonomy.
• Participate in after-hours call coverage on a 1:5 rotation.
• Support an established pediatrics department at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital.

Opportunity Details

• Call is 1:5
• See 15-18 patients per day
• Established practice at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital, a 25 bed Critical Access DNV accredited facility that serves 8 southeastern Illinois counties (109,000+ individuals)
• Level II nursery
• 24 hour air and ground support to Level I Trauma Center 45 minutes away

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $295,000 - $330,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
