The group, consisting of 11 providers, will welcome a new pediatrician to work in traditional clinic settings and to cover three local hospitals, with a 4.5‑day weekly schedule and rotating clinics.

You will join a team of respected mentors and an efficient management staff, aiming to deliver high‑quality pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in pediatrics.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a medical license in Louisiana.
• Not located in an underserved area.
• Candidate must have current US residency and US work authorization (visa).

Responsibilities

• 4.5 day weekly schedule.
• Rotate to/from multiple clinics throughout the week.
• Call: 1:7 weekend.
• Last patient at 4:30pm.

Overview

Private pediatrics practice. Established single specialty group of 11 providers is adding due to growth. Will join a team of well respected, recognized mentors in a modern practice, along with a highly efficient management team to help you achieve your goal of providing high-quality healthcare to children. Can be busy as you are comfortable with almost immediately. Will see patients in traditional clinic setting and also cover 3 local hospitals.

ROLE

• 4.5 day weekly schedule
• Will rotate to/from multiple clinics throughout the week
• Call: 1:7 weekend
• Last patient 430pm

PACKAGE

• $50k sign on bonus
• Salary $225k + Bonus opportunity
