Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent degree required.
• Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology or General Pediatric/Internal Medicine-Pediatric boards.
• Must obtain Texas Medical License and DEA registration before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nocturnist inpatient care for Hematology-Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant patients.
• Attend to admitted inpatients and assist with new admissions.
• Night coverage for approximately 120 nights per year.
• Opportunity to participate in quality improvement or disease-specific activities as desired.
