Job summary

Evara Health is seeking a Medical Assistant – Pediatrics to join our Clearwater, FL locations. You will support clinical and administrative tasks, assist with exams and procedures, and help coordinate patient care across telehealth and in-person visits.

The role requires a Medical Assistant program completion, a High School diploma, and BLS certification, with Epic or similar EHR experience preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Epic or similar EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews, prepare patients for exams, assist with procedures, administer treatments and vaccines, draw blood, and perform screening tests under provider direction.
• Accurately document patient interactions in the EHR and manage patient communications and follow-ups.
• Support daily operations, maintain exam room supplies and cleanliness, and participate in team huddles and pre-visit planning.
