Qualifications

• Ability to work with patients with various health needs and psychosocial situations

• Proficiency with basic computer applications helpful

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clinical, clerical and billing staff to ensure continuity of care
• Document and maintain accurate medical records
• Perform telephone triage using approved protocols
• Provide general nursing care and manage time effectively
• Prepare, stock and clean exam rooms and maintain supplies and equipment
• Administer and document medications, vaccines, and treatments
• Attend clinical meetings and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Coordinate scheduling of visits and patient rooming as applicable
