Community Clinic in Springdale, AR is seeking a Medical Assistant II for our Pediatrics Clinic on Emma Ave. The role supports licensed providers, expands independence in daily workflows, and helps ensure efficient clinic operations to deliver high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a medical setting, a completed Medical Assistant program with certificate, a High School diploma or equivalent, and bilingual English plus Spanish or Marshallese.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program with certificate.
• Bilingual ability in English and either Spanish or Marshallese required.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with non-invasive tasks and prep patients for exams.
• Perform patient intake, vitals, screenings, and documentation.
• Assist with wound care, EKGs, phlebotomy, and vaccine administration.
• Document results and coordinate care with licensed personnel.
• Maintain exam rooms and stock supplies.
• Support patient outreach and education on medications and care plans.
• Accurately enter patient information in the EMR.
• Adhere to HIPAA, CLIA, HRSA and OSHA guidelines.
