Las Vegas Pediatrics + Urgent Care is seeking a Part Time Pediatric Medical Assistant to support patient visits and routine clinic operations. The role includes preparing charts, pulling notes, assisting clinicians, and managing basic lab tasks in a fast-paced pediatric environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork skills, with prior pediatrics office experience and comfort with EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus (Phreesia or Office Practicum).

Responsibilities

• Prepare for patient visits by pulling charts and notes and setting up medical equipment.
• Clean instruments and equipment after use.
• Answer phones and field questions about medical issues, identifying visit needs.
• Assist PA/MD/NP with basic medical care and procedures.
• Track lab results, call in prescriptions, and manage basic office duties.
