Job summary

Olympic Medical Center on Washington’s North Olympic Peninsula is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support outpatient clinic operations, under physician or APP supervision. You’ll handle clinical duties, clerical tasks and patient coordination in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma, completion of an accredited MA program, BLS within 30 days, and WA MA certification. Competitive pay, incentive options and shift premiums are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant program accredited or approved by the WA Department of Health required.
• One year of healthcare experience in outpatient clinics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, clerical and administrative tasks in an outpatient clinic under supervision.
• Support patient flow and coordinate care with providers and nursing staff.

Education
