Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED completed and eligible for MA credential.
• Complete Medical Assistant program per California Medical Board requirements.
• Diploma presented within 90 days or on-the-job training equivalent.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and clerical support to providers and patient care teams.
• Assist in implementing the medical plan of care and manage patient flow.
• Perform back-office tasks and basic patient interactions.
• Communicate health information clearly to patients and families.
