Endeavor Health is seeking a Clinical Research Associate for Pediatrics and Family Medicine in Evanston, IL. The role focuses on managing multiple research projects with strong IRB oversight, regulatory compliance, and data handling across departments.

You will support investigators, coordinate IRB processes, and assist in grants and study documentation while ensuring adherence to GCP and FDA guidelines. The position requires collaboration with diverse teams and subject recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, health science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical trials coordination experience.
• Experience with recruitment and follow-up strategies.
• Proficient knowledge of FDA, HSR, and GCP guidelines.
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and initiative.
• Experience with EPIC and Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FDA, IRB, and GCP regulations.
• Support human-subject clinical research across Pediatrics and Family Medicine.
• Collaborate with PIs, sponsors, and staff.
• Develop protocols, consent forms, and regulatory documents.
• Prepare IRB applications and amendments.
• Recruit, screen, enroll, and consent participants.
• Coordinate study visits, data collection, and sample handling.
• Monitor study progress and budgets.
• Coordinate grant submissions and publications.
