Texas Children's Hospital is an internationally recognized full-care pediatric hospital located in the Texas Medical Center in Houston.

The Pediatric Diabetes & Endocrinology division at Texas Children's Hospital, which is ranked #5 in the nation by USNWR, is currently staffed by over 40 providers with continued growth expected. We are a large clinical service provider across the Houston metropolitan area with care delivery at multiple sites. We offer a full array of support services (e.g. social work, nutritional counseling, etc.) commensurate with that provided within a world-class children's hospital, supported by a stellar infrastructure to advance health care improvement. Other assets of the section include:

  • Faculty growth and support for recruitment
  • Long-standing fellowship program
  • Faculty interested in sub-specialty niches with a desire to support those as well as increase the number of niches offered to patients
  • Active participation in and opportunities for leadership contributions on various hospital committees
  • Broad community coverage
  • Six-bed inpatient diabetes care unit
  • TBL (team-based learning) for fellowship curriculum

We seek to hire a Pediatric Endocrinologist at the rank of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor to join the Pediatric Diabetes and Endocrinology Division at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children's Hospital.
