Based at Children's Specialty Care Center West County, you will supervise about 10 nurses and support staff with coverage across SLCH, Graham, and Shiloh. Qualificações

• Nurse supervisor with pediatric ambulatory care leadership experience.
• Current LPN or RN licensure in MO/IL (or IL, per location).
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) is required.
• Strong coaching, regulatory compliance, and patient care planning.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises nursing staff and conducts performance appraisals.
• Coordinates patient services with physicians to deliver quality care.
• Facilitates education and quality improvement activities for staff.
• Assigns duties, orients new staff, and advises administration.
• Provides direct patient care as needed and develops care plans.
• Maintains supplies and equipment and promotes patient relations.
