Job summary

Jackson Physician Search seeks a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatrician to join a thriving rural Western Montana community. The role includes newborn rounding, attending deliveries, and managing an established pediatric patient panel within a Family Medicine context.

The position offers a guaranteed base salary of $302,000 per year, a $20,000 sign-on/relocation package, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision), 6 weeks PTO, CME, and a 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer

Qualifications

• Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatrics.
• Rural/critical access experience preferred.
• Be the first pediatrician to join the community.
• Newborn rounding and attending deliveries required.

Responsibilities

• Take over an established pediatric patient panel.
• Attend deliveries and newborn rounding as part of FMOB rotation.
• Collaborate with Family Medicine to deliver pediatric care for children and adolescents.
