Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited medical school program
Completion of an accredited United States Pediatric Residency program
Board certified or board eligible
Valid Arizona medical license
Valid DEA certificate
Current BLS
Demonstrated understanding of clinical methods and techniques
Ability to meet and deal effectively with clients, associates and the general public
Basic business English, spelling and punctuation skills
Basic computer efficiency
Valid AZ driver’s license
Commitment to the Adelante Healthcare mission, vision, and values
Competency in dealing with people of various cultures and social status
Certification to perform CPR and AED through AHA/Red Cross guidelines
Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by AZ DPS for all specialty behavioral health locations

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary health care services including identification, management and referral of health problems
Perform preventive care and health promotion activities
Comply with organizational policies and procedures
