• Annual visits: 8,500–9,000
• Operating hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• No weekend or after-hours shifts (after-hours call schedule is shared among providers)
• Staff includes: 2 physicians (1 full-time, 1 part-time), 5 medical assistants, 1 practice manager
