Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a physician assistant for an outpatient clinic in Hesperia, California. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, 8 am–5 pm with 9-hour shifts and 8 hours guaranteed, and an expected patient load of about 25 per day.

No inpatient or rounding duties are required. You will perform EKG interpretations and suturing of minor lacerations, using EPIC as the EMR. We arrange complimentary housing and travel, comprehensive malpractice coverage, and assistance with credentialing.

Qualifications

• EKG interpretation required.
• Suturing of minor lacerations required.
• EMR: EPIC used for patient records.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic duties with no inpatient or rounding responsibilities.
• Handle approximately 25 patients per day.
• Perform EKGs and minor wound suturing as needed.
