Job summary
El Camino Health Medical Network in Mountain View, CA seeks a compassionate pediatrician to provide comprehensive care for infants to age 18 in an outpatient setting.
Join a collaborative team focused on preventive care, health education, and managing acute and chronic illnesses, with EPIC EMR and strong family partnerships.
All qualified MDs/DOs with pediatric residency, ABP board certification or eligibility, and active CA license encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completed residency in pediatrics.
- Board certified or board eligible in pediatrics (ABP).
- Active, unrestricted medical license in California.
- Valid DEA license.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine well-child exams and immunizations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric illnesses.
- Provide growth, nutrition, safety education to families.
- Document accurately in the EPIC EMR system.
- Coordinate care with specialists and community resources.
- Respond to patient messages and prescription refills promptly.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.
- Follow HIPAA and vaccination regulatory standards.
