Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
• ACGME Residency completed.
• Active or eligible Arizona medical license.
• Ability to obtain full hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals.
• Team-oriented provider committed to compassionate, family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care in a 100% outpatient clinic.
• Perform well-child visits, immunizations, developmental tracking and management of common illnesses.
• Care for newborns, infants, children and adolescents.
